However, simple dance can sometimes seem frightening to some beginners and it did happen that they ran to aerobics or pilates, ashamed of their lack of rhythm. And then, they decided they are the worst dancers EVER. I know a few people.
The second problem some face at a Zumba class is that they have a hard time following the movements or cannot keep the pace with the instructor. I know I’ve been through this in my first classes. But hey, riding the bycicle was pretty much the same, so don’t lose your courage. You will catch it eventually. If I could do it, anyone can do it. 😀
